03 Betting Rules

• Once an event has started, live bets cannot be cancelled.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. However, if more than 90% of the scheduled match time has been played, the result may still be settled. Refer to the rules for each sport for full details.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Bonuses and promotional offers on 2999vet are subject to specific terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in bonus cancellation. Each bonus has its own individual terms, which are listed on the relevant promotion page.

• A minimum first deposit of BDT 500 is required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Each user may claim the same bonus only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2999vet. Violations of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate account suspension and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using false information to obtain bonuses.
• Using automated programs or bots to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Any attempt to breach the site's security or tamper with its technical systems.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

2999vet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

• If age verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Even if this agreement is terminated for any reason, clauses relating to liability limitation, intellectual property, and dispute resolution will remain in effect. The date of the latest update will be noted at the top of this page.
